Although there a very few, the Judicial Branch does have some limits. The first is that they cannot enforce their own decisions. What this means, is that if some judges disagree with another, the case could be ignored all together. This also means that the Judicial Branch is limited to adhering to the professional standard of law. They must make ALL decisions based on the constitution. Also, the Justices in the Judicial Branch cannot be buyest in any way because that could effect some decisions they make. They are not aloud to lean towards any political party, or use that based on their decisions. Every decision has to be fair and only be made based on the evidence and facts of the case.
